  1. Download Issues: If you encounter technical problems that prevent the correct downloading of the product, CMRR commits to solving these issues as quickly as possible. If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you will be eligible for a full refund.

  2. Damaged/Corrupted Product: In the event that a file is corrupted or not working, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase with detailed evidence of the issue. Upon verification, a replacement or a refund may be granted.

  3. Accidental Purchase: If you have purchased a product by mistake and have not yet downloaded the file, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase to request an order cancellation.

  4. Dissatisfaction: Given the intangible nature of our digital products, we cannot offer refunds based on dissatisfaction. We encourage our customers to carefully read the product descriptions before making a purchase.
